Bluefin tuna cutting and chefs tasting. Reserve your seat for this fun and delicious event. We will demonstrate how to cut and prepare a 160lbs bluefin tuna.
The event includes a tuna cutting demonstration and an 8-course chef tasting using the same fish. Please note the event is at JPAN UTC and seats are in a community table.
